 Initiate project on autonomous robot for inspection of water and gas pipelines and HVAC ducts with collaboration of industrial partners. I modify and fit my last robot design for the inspection and cleaning application.  Another project is to fabricate IoT based robot for medical applications such as wireless endoscopy and rehabilitation.  Handling mechatronics development and fabrication with 3 junior researchers.

manage production process of Formed Filled Seals (FFS) used in petrochemical industries for packaging polyethylene granules (Windmoller & Holscher). Execute routine maintenance of mechanical and electrical hardware. Plan resource requirements with C# for management notice and store.

Liaised between production and quality control ensuring the highest standard of quality was being met during CAD to CAM process. Manage smooth working of production lines in terms of machine tools, gauges, raw material, and hardware equipment. Supervise 6 employees operating multi axis CNC (4&5 axis) with SIEMENS, FANUC and HEIDENHAIN controllers.

fabricate sewer inspection robot surveying municipal pipes in range of 200mm~1200mm in diameter (water proof: IP 68). C# Programming of robot controller and report based on WRC standard. implement laser profiling for pipe circularity and ovality measurements. set up laser & plasma CNC cutter for metal plate sheet and pipes.

Lecture fundamental mechanical engineering subjects (Automatic Control & Instrumentation, Manufacturing Engineering, Theory of Machines & Mechanisms, Engineering Statics, Engineering Mathematics, Design and Professional Skills and Engineering Design & Innovation), secure research grant for the research with 2 postgraduate students. Enrolled in administrative roles such as conference event manager and research secretary.

CAD/CAM process and manufacturing various types of dies including cast, plastic injection, punch & die, drawing, deep drawing and bending. Supervision and mentoring 3 employees to operate SIEMENS, HEIDENHAIN and FANUC controllers. Supervise 4 CNC machines running (3axis)
