As Product Manager, I bring management needs, real-world knowledge and the user (data) together to create the best possible user experience. As Product Owner, I also facilitate the process to make that reality. Starting from scratch, I've built up the first product processes, team and principles. All of this, to achieve the steep benchmarks set by management and investors. The result is that we consistently reached and overachieved these benchmarks in a high-pace start-up environment.
As Product Owner I was responsible for the team defining our product roadmap, based on data and customer input. As a team we defined, built and delivered smart solutions to facilitate processes, with an agile mindset and short delivery timespan. Data enabled us to measure the successes on the job, and improve where needed.
