Managing Engineering team at Onsite - Offshore India to develop in terms of Design Services (Engineering model, stage models, Fixture design), Process planning (Defining target dates & setting up milestones on each activity), Manufacturing Services (NC Programming -CAM, Supply Chain. Tooling & fixturing), Production Support (Lean Manufacturing Process, Continuous improvement) and Costing (Facility & process plan, estimation, Quotation, RFQ, PR request, discussion)

· Completely involved in transfer project of Aero Engine parts – Shroud and Casing to manufacturing in Indian Facility, complete FAIR report, PPAP, FMEA, PFMEA, DFM, DFMA, · Defining Process, Tech packs, manufacturing – machining and special process installation and method development · Handling Complete methods, manufacturing, shop support, NC Programming, NPI and Continuous improvement Team and their responsibilities.

Responsible for CNC-programming (Siemens- team Center -UG-NX) for Aero- Engine parts (HPT/LPT Disc, Shaft, Front/Rear Drums, Blisk, & Cover plates) & MRL classification for the same through Team center MRM. Responsible for Prove-out at machine, DAR request for inspection, CMM result analysis with respect to Engineering Drawing requirement, CME Report analysis for FPA Documentation, Complete FPA Documentation for individual part to go through production, analysis of Concession (Non-Conformances) Projects.

· Experienced over NC programming using UG-NX CAM for all cutting tool components and implementing the automation system for more productive result. · Documentation, workflow generation, guiding senior programmers to use the Work instruction and automated icons to easy generation of cutting toolpath · Extensive experience over CNC Programming using CAM software, Verification using Vericut simulation, Automation, Post processor Building, template creation, machining time and cost reduction.

Provide a cost analysis for various possible solutions, Provide PERT, CPM, and GANTT Charts for each proposal, provide an on-site inspection, Engage the customer and their staff for critical analysis, rapport, feedback, and comfort levels, Provide detailed drawings Operate at the intersection of the engineering, sales, customer service and manufacturing departments, possess strong communication abilities, excellent mathematical skills and the capacity to facilitate teamwork across departments,.

· Establish the manufacturing / Assembly Process, reduce cost (cycle time, labor rates, uptime), tool selection, ensures process capability, justification of capital equipment, strong Knowledge on Concurrent Engineering - DFM and DFMA. · Experienced on cutting speed & feed calculation to measure the final cycle time of the component, tooling and fixture development, responsible for Product design, Product simulation with machining operation, Optimization, G and M code generation, post planning.
