Aakash Malik

Aakash Malik (25 y/o) is a driven and accomplished PhD candidate in Lignocellulosic Materials Science and Engineering at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (Canada). He holds a Master's degree in Biorefinery with honours (2021) from the École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille - Université de Lille (France). During his MSc degree, Aakash conducted his thesis research at the GEPEA UMR CNRS 6144 Laboratory of the IMT Atlantique (France). His research skills were further developed when he joined the Laboratory of Biofuels as a Visiting Research Student at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (Czech Republic) after completing his Master's degree. In 2020, Aakash graduated from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (India) with a BTech in Chemical Engineering with a Specialization in Refining and Petrochemicals degree. His academic achievements and research experience demonstrate his passion and dedication to the field of Chemical Engineering and Biorefinery.
