Part of the core Product Design and Delivery Teams for Campus on Cloud – a cloud-based student information software for educational institutions. Successfully managed & completed two implementations at educational institutions in South Africa and Malaysia having up to 16000 students and consistently met deadlines. Responsible for submitting Status Reports on implementations to management summarizing completed milestones and tasks.

Successfully managed & completed three implementations at educational institutions in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Pakistan having up to 6000 students and consistently met deadlines. Provided non-technical staff with easy-to-understand, uncomplicated explanations of technical concepts. Successfully conducted numerous on-site and off-site requirements workshops with multiple stakeholders. Created and updated Business Requirement documents and Functional Requirement documents.

Used Erwin to design Logical and Physical database model of the staging databases. Involved in performance tuning of targets, sources, mappings, and sessions. Wrote complex SQL scripts to ensure that the correctness of the data. Developed and maintained ETL (Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading) using Pentaho Data-Integrator to extract the data from flat files to the staging databases and then to the Product Database.
