Upgrading the client site Legacy system to the latest Wonderware system.

Training on process automation in Pharma formulation plant. Field visit, understanding instrumentation and automation involved in Liquids, Semi Solids (Creams and Ointments), Oral Solids (Tablets), Biopharma, Manufacturing, BMS etc.

1. Design and built models for the Multilevel car park and Road Crossing Management system using the Wonderware SCADA. 2. Worked on an individual project related to control of speed of AC motor using Allen Bradley PLC, Wonderware SCADA and Siemens drives. The project provided an interactive experience to its users including an option for emergency dc braking of the motor using a SCADA control.

1. Strategized the codes to manipulate the 8051 microcontroller to control a ray of LED for text display. 2. Gained substantial experience on real time application of different sensors, transducers and indicators.

1. Audited the setup of the Video conferencing system in the company branch. Documented the entire process of setting up a video conference using the system.
