Associate Professor Dr. Adam Voak is an International Human Capability Development specialist who applies his 25+ years of experience across Australia and the ASEAN region to assist organisations and governments harness their workforces’ power. As adjunct Associate Professor at the Cairns Institute at James Cook University and as a CITBA Research Fellow at James Cook University Singapore, Adam is currently working closely with colleagues to investigate the concepts of global citizenry, cross border human capability mobility and the role of interculturalism in international trade and investment. Dr. Voak additionally holds Fellowships with the Institute of Occupational Learning and Training, the Leaders Institute, the International Specialised Skills Institute and the Institute of Equality and Diversity Professionals. Adam is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory.
