As a Talent Acquisition Researcher I am responsible for building and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates for the EMEA region at Eaton. My daily tasks include: - Identifying, researching and approaching target candidates through various databases and networks; - Prescreening candidates; - Utilizing Taleo (Recruiting Management System) to organize and manage candidates information; - Maintaining the candidate database.
- Screening applications and pre-selecting candidates; - Conducting telephone interviews; - Conducting Competency Based Interviews; - Scheduling phone interviews, personal interviews and assessment centres; - Managing candidates’ queries, - Updating applicant tracking systems and other candidate trackers; - Partnering with colleagues in the UK and the Philippines to establish clients’ needs and ensure the recruitment processes are being run smoothly.
