• Planning, development and implementation of VAS platforms & services. • Responsible for platforms technical specifications based on interoperability, availability and product requirements. • Responsible for VAS platforms planning: technical architecture design, capacity planning/management, analysis. • Provide technical expertise and support to O&M 2nd line team for troubleshooting and advanced configuration. • Handover services and platforms to VAS Support - O&M 2nd line.

Main responsibilities: * Fault monitoring * PM & KPI Analysis * Assure overall functionaliy of all network services * First line troubleshooting, testing & technical assistance * Network configuration changes during faulty situations
