* Improvement of manufacturing KPIs such as cycle time, Scrap, OEE & productivity and development of new processes and implementation to release new alternators in the Final Assembly Line. * Responsible for Customer Audits for major international automotive customers, GM BIQ, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification Audit. * Documentation Controls: Control Plan, PFMEAs, Work Instructions, Visual Aids, Kaizen, 8D, Release sheets, MSA, Capability Studies, Machine Parameters, etc.

* Relocation of two production lines from Toluca facility to Lerma facility and ramp up for one final assembly line. * Direct responsible for Automotive Customers Audits and the ISO 9001 certification Audit. * Improvement of cycle time, scrap reduction and tooling management for Final Assembly Line. * Update and development of documentation for Control Plan, PFMEA, Work Instructions, Visual Aids, MSA. Capability studies and other documentation to fulfill Customer Requirements.

Developed a Project to reduce the cycle time during the product audits from the Process auditors, internal feedback related to lessons learns due to quality claims. Material shipments to other Bosch plants, 5s and 14 principles audits at production lines for GBM, GPG, FED and PAD products.

Developed a research work name as “Manipulación de señales de audio con Dspic”. Using Fast Fourier Transforms FFT to show in real time the signals generated by audio messages using a development car of Dspic through a program in Matlab.
