I am a full-stack engineer responsible for maintenance, development, deployment and server administration. Back-end and front-end in Java, GWT, MVP. JUnit and Cypres for tests. Servers on CentOS and Ubuntu. Postgres and MySQL databases. Intellij IDEA, Maven, git, Hibernate.

Machine Learning algorithms for medical data. Unsupervised learning for Patient Similarity. Supervised learning for classification and prediction. PostgreSQL, KNIME, Python, sklearn, scipy, pandas, keras. The work was supported by a DAAD research grant.

I work in a team for the development of NLP solutions.

I joined the existing project, the web portal where physicians can fill in and upload patient's data and get a report with specific metrics calculated on the KNIME server. JAVA, pgSQL, KNIME, R, BIRT. The internship was funded by a scholarship of the President of Russia

As a computer science student, I had all the necessary knowledge to manage technical infrastructure development, solutions deployment, and staff training.
