Customization of Orbeon forms for the future clinical documents within the development stage (Orbeon, XML, X-Path); creation and customization of Jasper Server reports for document printing (XML, Groovy), bugfixing; creation of "How-To" articles and technical documentation for the project relevant services and tools in German and English; networking with interested parties incl. Product Owner concerning ongoing activities and tasks.

-Coordination of vacation planning process and employees’ working hours; -reporting on key project processes; -tracking and reporting on configuration and change management issues; -attending meetings/calls, compiling and sending out minutes and AILs; -onboarding process organization for the newcomers; -EPM, Subversion documentation maintenance and storage.
