My passion for questioning and challenging the status quo can be traced back to my pre-professional days. I was always an over-achiever and someone who pushes his own limits – in studying or doing sports. The reason? I like finding ways of how things can be done better, and inspiring others to do the same. I transferred this passion into my 15 years long career as a Continuous Improvement professional. I have worked at the top-tier companies in FMCG, Mechanical & Machinery, Services and Retails sectors across Europe, bringing my energy and enthusiasm to every project I led. In my work, I'm very committed to include, stimulate, and empower every single stakeholder and employee to embrace the implementation of continuous improvement programs and transformations, because I believe there is no progress or results if everyone is not on the same page.
