Created a new team and processes from scratch from me to great team of 60 members and built an application lifecycle based on the best world practices. The biggest and the most succesful project in this position was "Phoenix": to develop a new online/prepaid billing support system and swap current offline/postpaid biilling system in tmcell.tm (4M subscribers).

My main responsibilities in this role were to develop functionality, increase capability and improve performance of the charging system. In addition, I managed a project for quality assurance and maximized the efficiency process throughout the company. I gained extensive project management experience in various areas such as defining requirements, scope, quality, schedule, resources and risk with a team of up to 12 employees.

Started work in Eastwind as a software developer in a new project. Main purpose of the project was to develop new scaling rating subsystem in order to increase performance of the billing solution. During the project I became team leader and then project manager. Such project was launched with Babilon Mobile operator network (more than a million subscribers. http://www.babilon-m.tj/) in Tajikistan in March 2008.
