Merlin provides real-time visibility of employees’ competencies and experience. Spearheaded redesign of the competence management app with a new onboarding experience and task detail page. After research, I made key decisions about which major flows need be adapted, structured, and which core functions should be encouraged. I have seen an increase in user satisfaction +11% and perceived usability of interactions + 9% after the redesign and it reduced the time to complete a task by 6 minutes.
