Thinking Networks AGQvantum is a part of the Buhl group, where I spearhead the entire business development and product management initiatives to maximize sales and market share across the English-speaking territories, especially the US & UK. I perform competitive analysis before branch opening to identify new markets to successfully launch Qvantum products. I develop a strategy with the management based on detailed market and product analyses to achieve appropriate growth for the business.
I oversaw the development and implementation of GTM & business strategies to achieve business targets along with identified new business opportunities and launched variations of new product features through product launch strategies across the markets. I supervised P&L, defined and communicated the business's KPIs and targets to senior management. Additionally, I indulged in stakeholder and team management, leading a team of 16-17 people, including direct and indirect reportees.
Developed and executed content and SEO marketing plan for "invoiz" SaaS product, including keywords, blog, and conversation metrics strategy while increasing organic growth.
