Served as Project Director responsible for all phases of technical & administrative project management including the development of evaluation designs, supervision of research teams, data analysis, report writing, & budget management for state & national research studies including: -A multi-year national evaluation of comprehensive school reform in 5 states using qualitative & quantitative methods though a cross-site analysis of data collected from student performance indicators, surveys, & site visits.

Responsible for project management, evaluation design, instrument development, data collection/analysis, & report writing for major programs/initiatives in NYC schools including: Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program, Comprehensive School Reform Program, Least Restrictive Environment (Special Education), GEAR UP (College Readiness), & English Language Learner/Bilingual Programs

-Established a research unit at a 24 hour domestic violence shelter -Developed research proposals and designs that offered recommendations for program planning -Analyzed data & prepared final reports -Presented the results of the domestic violence research to audiences at various national and international conferences -Provided supplementary counseling and vocational guidance
