 Managed Key Accounts (existing customers, including Leica)  Managed & led a team of repair personal, related to Leica Geosystems products  Project leader for NPI, mainly for Leica Geosystems Switzerland & Singapore  Key Project Leader for Theodolites TPS for Leica, for which I later led the transfer of production to Penang at P4  Coordinated and executed transfer projects from Switzerland to Malaysia

 Directly reported to the Managing Director of the Sri Lanka facility  Coordination of all transfer projects from and into Sri Lanka  Main contact and coordinator for all international customers  Coordination of technology transfers

 Member of the Board of Directors in Sri Lanka  Overall responsibility for two production plants  Merger of two companies (and electronics plant and a mechanicals plant)  Restructuring the newly-merged facilities (process and manpower related)  Set and implemented company goals & strategies for further Business growth  Full P&L responsibility  Preparation & implementation of annual budget  Strong involvement with BOI (Board of investment)

 Full responsibility for production targets and turnover achievements  Overall plant responsibility  Hands-on involvement at production level, in order to improve process steps and resolve technical issues  Planning staff capacity and involvement in hiring activities
