Responsible for driving all real estate, WLAN, telephony requirements for Europe from business need evaluation to hand-over to implementation. Close interlocks with internal customer, financial and delivery teams to stay up-to-date on planned and active real estate infrastructure projects; reported tindings up to Executive level. Held planning and coordination role in steering boards for WLAN and IP-Telephony roll-outs.
