I managed all Social Media accounts for Steljes Education, as well as developed strategic content plans. I created weekly direct email campaigns and CRM newsletters, and was assigned as key point of contact for the website coordination, in order to optimise the user journey.

I supported the product managers by frequently updating the product grid and marketing databases, conducting market research and preparing the brochures and price lists. Among my other responsibilities, I reviewed the dealer marketing performance, ensuring targets are met and composed circulars to inform external staff of updates to the products.

I responded promptly to customer inquiries in English, German, Greek and Spanish, ensuring customers are aware of the company's current offers depending on their individual needs.
