    InBev in Europe is leading a digital transformation agenda in sales based on a B2B Strategy. To start up the Customer Success I am leading the setup of this team based in Prague. First milestone for the team was to kick off a brand new e-Commerce for direct distribution aiming Belgium, Netherland and France. Initially those 3 countries accounts to more than 200mi Euros p.y. I’m leading the change management agenda, creating the baseline for the sales team and mapping future capabilities for our customers.
