• Initiate suitable Quality Process within Agile Development process and adjust it continuously; • Manage on-site and outsourced Quality teams; • Plan and manage performance and load testing (jMeter); • Participate in continuous Testing \ Integration \ Delivery (Deployment) improvements and management (Jenkins, Rally, Deploy HQ). Key responsibilities: - implementation SCRUM methodology; - team management [6 members]; - interviewing candidates; - mentoring new employees and QA engineers from other projects; - reviewing automation test-scripts, documentation, providing demos; - involved in development of QA/QC process in the company; - monitoring and developing department’s knowledge base; - providing internal training sessions; Additionally, managing QA Department [about 45 members at 6 projects].

Key responsibilities: - Quality Assurance team management [5-10 members] / Quality Assurance Department management [about 17 members]; - interviewing candidates; - mentoring new employees; - reviewing test-plans and test-cases; - managing growth of Testing Automation tool - monitoring and developing department’s knowledge base; - providing internal training sessions. Also, I had been involved in development of QA/QC process.
