As a Package Solution Consultant I was responsible for Business Development , Consultation, Configuration , Customization, Implementation & Project Management in terms of various reports & analyses and Client interactions with Demos, End User Manuals by use of ARIS and BPMs along with Support by Incident Resolution , Requirements Change and frequent Client visits and communications at IBM China , IBM USA and IBM Europe (Germany , Hungary & Slovakia).

As a student intern was responsible for tasks and involved in Strategic Planning for the perfect PSI, also participated actively in Business Development(smaller support projects) , was also responsible for project management and delivered regular reports and analyses to the top management (MD & Board Members) , Demand Forecasting and Sales Analysis in the domain of Supply Chain.
