Beatrice Betley

BEATRICE BETLEY is a Vocalist, Songwriter and Composer from Hamburg, Germany dividing her time between her home town and The Hague, The Netherlands. In 2020 she released a critically acclaimed Jazz Vocal Album (“Upside Down”) released through her own label NOT A FOX Records. Her album has been called “tasty jazz accessible to those who are not jazz aficionados” with a “unique sound…transcending the boundaries of traditional Vocal Jazz”. Next to writing Lyrics and Music by drawing on her musical roots of 80ties Pop, Jazz, Argentinian Folk and the passionate sounds of Flamenco and Fado, Beatrice Betley also collaborates, produces and releases amongst others as “The TRX Project” (LoFi) “Beya” (Pop Vocals) and “Brahmsdottir” (classic inspired) . Beatrice Betley is a member of the German P.R.O. GEMA and registered with the ISNI organisation. In 2021 she was interviewed by award winning author Sammy Stein for her book “Pause - Play - Repeat”.
