Reinventing the way work works. Companies can't no longer cope with the complexity of today's world because they operate under principles and management practices invented in the 19th century. Organisational transformation will be the greatest challenge ahead for companies in the next decades.

Our vision is to build a secure management tools that helps medical teams to thrive at their care-giving operations. We are here to make sure that the only medical teams'​ concern is the well-being of patients. Through our extensive dialogue with different stakeholders within hospital space, we've identified two pressing issues concerning hospital workflows a) Patient Transfer Management - PTM, and b) Chronic Patient Management - CPM.

Brand development. Making sure our brand communicates our mission well. And our visual identity is consistent throughout the business. Product experience. Making sure the product works and functions to its maximum, delivering a great user experience for our users and the look and feel of the product would be in line with the brand visual identity.

We have been throwing parties in major clubs such as Loftus Hall in Neukolln and Basement 8 in Kreuzberg and we attracted more than 200 hundred members.

Developing the User Interface of our customers’ platforms. Responsible for determining layouts, UI flows and UI elements. Work with developers to build, test, and iterate features until they’re ready to ship. Responsible for quality of technical front-end deliverables and implementations. Responsible for specific areas of or extensions to technical specification documentation. Collaborate with the team to ensure a complete and high-quality releases.

- Worked with various clients from Australia, UK, Japan, Canada, US and Germany - User research, Cross-browser compatibility testing, A/B Testing - Mobile Design - Storyboarding and customer journey mapping - Conceptual and interaction design of different web Apps using Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, HTML5/CSS3 - Identity Design

This is an inter-disciplinary program and aims to develop T-shaped individuals. This program aims to bridge field of business and management with engineering and design and tries to implement sustainability into our product-service development.
