Worked in India in the area of Finance & Accounting (Book keeping, Receivable/Payables handling, Banking and more) for about 15 years leading small team, in Germany+India with V Fraas GmbH as Global Sales Controller for about 4 years and as Production Controller & Calculator since Jun 2022. So I bring wide range of experience of work in variety of areas plus very good English. I learnt German while being in Germany. I am friendly with my colleagues and I like to work in team. Self motivation and bring motivation to my colleagues. I am reliable, flexible and eager to learn. I kept learning though my working career. I am sure given a chance, I can bring my experience to the company. Each organization has its own way of working but the basic process remains. "Keep it Simple and Easy" is the strategy that the organizations want to follow and I am a big supporter of this strategy.
