I am responsible to set up the HR Ops Team for Southern EMEA countries to success, ensuring a smooth and accurate data transfer during the separation process from the main group to the new standalone company. In my role I am the referent person for employees and managers of southern Emea countries on HR-related arguments and I work closely with the HRBPs to support the business needs.

Cooperation and support to all HR Department teams and HR Business Partner activities, HR external supplier relation and payments management, data collection and processing for Payroll, employees referee for all matters related to employment, internal policy, internal tools and communication.

Customer assistance (welcome and every-day problem solutions), bookings management, supplier and warehouse supervision, website update and digital marketing development, linguistic support for foreign customers.

Main activities: linguistic mediation and translation service, customers (mainly exhibitors and international clients) assistance and support, conferences management and supervision.
