I have more than 20 years of experience in human resource management. In my growth path I have dealt with all the areas that an HR Generalist must know related to the normative / operational / strategic part of this role. I managed and I manage a team divided into the areas of administration / talent / development / strategic improvement, digital transformation. I coordinate different WW HR Team in US/APAC/SEA for recruiting, internal mobility, budget process, employees development and talent activities. In my activity I support the CEO and the general management in the strategic development of the company and I managed projects and project groups for the implementation of corporate values and culture, change management, reorganization, development, new talent definition, digital transformation, continuous improvement and social responsibility by applying Lean and Agile approaches.
