Designed and delivered Global Supply Chain Metrics reporting for Bayer MaterialScience subgroup Developed and coordinated BMS Global Supply Chain Masterplan resulting in € 50+ Mio annual savings. Established Global Supply Chain report and respective scorecard to monitor operations and track key projects. Coordinated development and rollout of Supply Chain Education and Training.
