Leading COTRI's promotion and publicity via media and other partners and development of core products, including: The production and editing of published written material (including: the biannual COTRI Market Report, COTRI Weekly editorial articles, customised research products, press releases, social media); Continuous revision of the COTRI's training programmes; Ongoing work within the 2018 EU – China Tourism Year; Preparation of webinar materials and relevant software; Office management.

Military-focused research and analysis intern on the Trial of Ratko Mladić. I supported Senior attorneys, performing in-depth research involving sensitive sources to provide courtroom intelligence, compiling precise analysis of expert Defence witnesses. Tasks involved evidence-based research of witnesses, scrutiny of expert reports, redaction of sensitive information for the safeguarding of protected witnesses and formulating witness reports for official ICTY records.

As a senior intern Project Manager I was responsible for the conception and delivery of projects related to FONDEMA's goals of cultivating North-South cultural and business exchange. Responsibilities included: leading of projects, operation of the office, hiring of interns and management of the company's online presence.

Frequent German-speaking guest and volunteer on monthly 'Gott und die Welt' and 'Switch-On' nationally broadcast programmes. Appeared either in one-on-one interviews or as part of a wider panel, offering insight into diverse topics such as politics, current affairs and social issues. Highly-esteemed as a young, Australian fluent-German speaker with significant insight into both Australian and German-speaking culture and society.

Translated the company website and online platform for customers into English, and create a template for further translations into other languages, thus allowing WWEDU to expand its customer-base beyond German speakers for the first time. Rewrote internal company documents in English and worked with colleagues on English-speaking projects as part of the introduction of non-German language courses in the distance-learning university.

Translated business documents, speeches and yoga teaching instructions into English. Wrote English e-mails to clients and proof-read other outgoing material. Assisted in organising and co-ordinating the 2010 ‘Yoga Conference Austria’.

Worked on behalf of the Irish Department of Education teaching English to classes of up to 25 students aged 15 to 20 with a heavy focus on intercultural communication. Prepared lessons suited to the diverse needs of the students; from final-year Matura students requiring a high-level of business English to younger HAS students, many of whom came from migrational backgrounds and had low levels of both German and English.
