· I joined the Relocation and Corporate Services team to be their dedicated Tenancy Progressor · dealing with relocation agents and corporate tenants from the banking, film and media, and sports sector daily · building and maintaining a good relationship with the relocation agents by understanding their needs and providing a better customer experience · assisting the Tenancy Progression team during the summer months to mentor and train temporary staff · being the trusted advisor for my team

· drafting paperwork for new Housing Act and Non-Housing Act tenancies · negotiating the terms in line with English and Welsh law · creating and settling invoices · submitting reference requests · registering deposits under the TDS · arranging inventory check-ins · working tight deadlines to move in prospective tenants whilst mediating with clients, tenants, solicitors, relocations agents and the referencing company · dealing with sensitive information following Data Protection guidelines

As a catering staff member at Mise en Place, I was able to work for various clients in different industries in a fast paced environment. I underwent a 2-day training session to acquire skills in premier hospitality to deliver a high caliber service. Working at different locations for company events, weddings, or 4 and 5 star hotel restaurants.

As part of the student survey support team, I contacted recent graduates and record their experiences at Northumbria University as part of an annual mandatory government survey.

As a STEMNet Ambassador, I have the opportunity to inspire and encourage the younger generation to get involved in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects.

As a Dispatcher, I assign tasks to my team members and I. This is a daily task that involves running a dispatch analysis to create dashboards and statistics that I present to my team on a conference call every morning. I lead the conference call as well. As part of my Problem Management role, I create Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports that are send to the customer once finished. In the RCA, I find out the root cause of a problem by speaking to tech teams and service managers.
