Claudia Pletscher is CEO of fineminds and member of BoD /advisory boards for digital transformation in various companies and organizations as well as member of the Innosuisse Innovation Council for the Swiss Confederation on ICT topics. As former Chief Development and Innovation of Swiss Post, she was pushing the digital transformation of Swiss Post and held the responsibility for digital business models and platforms in different industries. Claudia Pletscher spent a large part of her career in the management of IBM where she acquired her expertise in the digital environment and with new technologies also on an international level. She holds a Master of Law (CH+F) and a MBA (UK) and deepened her knowhow in digital transformation, AI and Data Analytics at MIT (USA), IMD and University St. Gallen. She was elected twice on "TOP100 Business Women" and is part of the "Digital Shaper Hall of Fame".
