Sought by Celerant Consulting as Telecommunication Subject Matter Expert for a Business Transformation Program, established to improve New Zealand Telecomʼs Business performances. Planned and led a Project with the objective of designing and installing new Service Level Agreements (SLA) to regulate the delivery of Services between NZ Telecomʼs Business Units, such as Retail, Gen-i, Wholesale, T&SS and Chorus.

Developed the Project Plan and managed the Rollout of the HCPT (Hutchinson Indonesia) Backbone Network (Turnkey Project), meant to provide Wireless connectivity and traffic protection between main cities via MW SDH links. Planned and positively directed the installation of 560 GenSet units for the most critical and strategic Core and Access sites, on behalf of Hutchinson Indonesia.

Employed by SIEMENS Italy as Project Manager to manage the execution of Transmission Network Rollouts worldwide (Microwave Point to Point PDH and SDH, Microwave SDH Backbones, FO Backhaul Networks, ADMs) Participated as Project Manager Transmission, to several Turnkey Projects Rollout and to the launch of Wireless 2G Networks worldwide Built, trained and led local Project Teams, managed local Service Suppliers. Performed Quality Audits, on-site supervision.
