A number of National providers have chosen to join our ranks including JHP, HIT training, NACRO.

  Managed the training function of over 800 people. Overall co-ordination, planning & delivery of corporate learning and development. Line management responsibility for a small team, which comprised the L&D Officer & the L&D Administrator. Within weeks I had secured the Council approval as an ILM Centre. The organisation was the able to deliver Lvls 3 & 5 suite of ILM qualifications - I was Programme Leader. I redesigned & implemented a new corporate Appraisal system.

This included designing & delivering a wide variety of training support ranging from the whole workforce to a specific group to a series of 1-1 support sessions for individuals. Designed & facilitated team events for various group sizes from 5-100 delegates half/full days. A mix of ‘fun’ events & more corporate focus, or a mix. Programme Leader and delivered the ILM programmes for Lvls 2, 3 & 5
