    Managed the training function of over 800 people. Overall co-ordination, planning & delivery of corporate learning and development. Line management responsibility for a small team, which comprised the L&D Officer & the L&D Administrator. Within weeks I had secured the Council approval as an ILM Centre. The organisation was the able to deliver Lvls 3 & 5 suite of ILM qualifications - I was Programme Leader. I redesigned & implemented a new corporate Appraisal system.
