Working at the EMEA Head Office in Maidenhead, I am responsible for the EMEA recruitment for one of the world’s leading software companies, Flexera Software. Working onsite at Flexera Software, Maidenhead, I was responsible for all permanent and fixed term contract recruitment for Flexera - one of the worlds leading software organisations. Recruiting across EMEA, I was responsible for managing the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsource) model at Flexera Software.

Working for Volt Consulting Group, I was based onsite, responsible for managing the RPO for Boehringer Ingelheim - a leading global pharmaceutical organisation. It was my responsibility to fill all vacancies at Boehringer Ingelheim as well as delivering a high level of service from the RPO. I also had management responsibility of a Recruitment Coordinator.

I was responsible for supporting the Enabling Functions, Medical and Consumer Healthcare Divisions at Boehringer Ingelheim, providing front line support for all HR related issues. The main focus of my role included Recruitment and I was responsible for all recruitment for the business units I managed.
