With the conclusion of the ERP harmonization at Deutsche Leasing Group International, new challenges appears as part of the corporate strategy with the necessary business processes harmonization enabling the steering and adoption among the diverse international environments DL operates. Currently one of the tower heads responsible for a matrix organization I manage a team addressing DevOps demands related to Systems, Data and Processes changes.

OrgIT International is the department responsible for the organization and IT of the foreign subsidiaries of the Deutsche Leasing. In this team taking responsibility for the optimization, development and implementation of business requests together with the international daughter companies as well as internal areas of our headquarters.

Connected with the Service Delivery Managers / Project Managers and Tower Heads, I was responsible by the delivery of services from a Global Factory tower as contracted. The function represented a new challenge where I was responsible by the connection between customers and the technical teams increasing the quality and accuracy of deliverables in accordance with the process governance and contractual agreements.

This is a new challenger position as team leader and responsible for the ITSM application compliant with ITIL-based framework. Because Atos Origin is the partner of COI (International Olympic Committee) to implement the IT structure for the games, I worked as responsible to support all IT team and the third parties involved in the project (www.singapore2010.sg) and is a honor work with so many great talents from all over the world.

Following the rollout of the lean six sigma methodology across Atos network globally I accomplish with 4 waves being the first 3 as navigator and the last as skipper: - 1st Wave - Brazil - 2nd Wave - France - 3rd Wave - Brazil - 4th Wave - US

Working as a specialist with Clarify CRM, and after a evaluation of the database structure I made a capacity plan to get ready for a new government regulations. Still working in the stabilization project I built a couple tools to make possibly clean the data and as a result improve the performance and the whole system as well.

Working in a Production Support team for a American telecom company I have developing many skills with weblogic, Corba, SOA, C, UNIX, XML and Oracle database, capturing and transforming the data for the other teams and layers. With database I am part of the study cell of BI using COGNOS 8 to deploy use cases and develop a new team capable to support application with this software.

Identified as a career opportunity the return to an university 11 years after my last graduation connects my personal and professional development with the current cutting edge technologies, as well as current researches and developments not only in my field of expertise but also broadly spread among different industries which increasingly depends on information and technology solutions.

Activities and Societies: Free software development with the IBM LTC, and a couple projects related with databases and infra-structure. As well as the environments there I improved my skill to work as a project manager with PMI and others methods of development.
