In this role, I directed daily operations, ensured planning focussing on customer, staff and organisational requirements, lead performance processes for the measurement of operation performance, and oversaw operations management of systems analysis, productivity and cost control, and materials planning. On top of this, I successfully organised limited resources approved by the CEO – ensuring they were used as productively as possible, thus creating maximum value for company stakeholders.

For a month I provided vital IT support at the Annual Meeting and Business Forum, Zagreb.

During this 5 month period, I conducted numerous business processes (scanning, optimisation planning), planned and designed network on HQ and 40+ remote locations, and managed preparation and development of Active Directory, server infrastructure (virtualisation), RETAIL system (hardware/software), ERP system, and UPS system. I ensured the careful planning and design of telephony (HQ and remote locations), and WEB pages optimisation and modernisation. Overseeing budget development was another key role.

• Actively contributing to the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of network, Active Directory, Server Infrastructure, Anti-Virus system, Microsoft Exchange server, and Backup system • Consistently providing excellent 3rd level support to Jamnica, EUROline, Automehanika, Viadukt, Institut Ruđer Bošković, and Hrvatska turistička zajednica • Delivering vital 1st, 2nd and 3rd level on site support for EUROline

In my 8 months with GSOSRH, I delivered quality 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support to other units as well as supporting the implementation and maintenance of ICT systems for II World Military Games held in Zagreb, 1999.

As Company Owner, I oversaw all operations, including sales, marketing and services as well as OEM PCs, OEM servers, and the delivery of 2nd and 3rd level support for 1.ELZ Pleso (Fighter Jet Squadron).
