Leading the Global Stop Shipment Team - Owning end2end process for DPS - Acting as the DPS Directly Responsible Individual to coordinate process improvements - Support Transforming and Digitization the Johnson and Johnson Hospital Medical Device while mitigating potential impacts to DPS Quality and QMS.

- Providing QA support for Corrective And Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Non-Conformances (NC) - Evaluate and, if applicable, develop SOP’s, work instructions and other documents needed for standard forms implementation. - Introduction of new procedures to enhance processes and procedures - Work on a variety of technical problems and implement solutions - Introduction of new report structure and KPI’s to Quality Management System (QMS) metrics - Support Audits

- Support the follow-up and the final reports from field actions to the competent authorities. -Create reports and regular reporting; creating and maintaining statistics, creating presentations. - Coordination and collection of data for field action investigations - Schedule meetings - Create meeting minutes and distribute forms and minutes to responsible management - Create presentations and trainings - Part of cross functional project Teams

Head lead for all army-equipment. Organizing training's and leadership courses. Responsible for health and safety for over 1000 people in a year. Responsible for all office and administration work for all soldiers.

Refraction of the costumer. Advise the costumer with the result of the refraction. Interpretation of the refraction results. Solving complaints and improve costumer satisfaction. Manufacturing the glaces including final inspection.
