Managed newly setup global organization (~40 people) through shortages and high inflation (managed spend ~$1 bil.), while securing materials, bringing further saving, improving OWC and implementing the innovation and sustainability agenda in collaboration with Supply Chian, Marketing and R&D.

    Nuplex Resins was a global company active in (industrial) coating resins. Nuplex was acquired by Allnex and its Private Equity owner Advent International in H2 2016, to create the leading industrial coating resins company. - Prioritized and developed procurement strategies to realize group global business strategy (>€1 bil. revenue, global environment), leading 5 regional teams and 3 global category managers. - Led Nuplex’s procurement stream during pre-merger and first phase of integration with Allnex.
