Managed newly setup global organization (~40 people) through shortages and high inflation (managed spend ~$1 bil.), while securing materials, bringing further saving, improving OWC and implementing the innovation and sustainability agenda in collaboration with Supply Chian, Marketing and R&D.
Allnex, the coating resins company, is the global leader in industrial coating resins. - Led integration of new European procurement team (Allnex & Nuplex), with responsibility on direct (raw materials and packaging), transport and indirect spend, ~€900 mil. expenditure, both opex and capex, 25 people, 12 manufacture sites. - Championed and secured realization of integration synergies (in excess of €30 mil globally) of new company (excess of €2 bil. revenue, global matrix environment, 4 Business Units).

Nuplex was acquired by Allnex and its Private Equity owner Advent International in H2 2016, to create the leading industrial coating resins company. - Prioritized and developed procurement strategies to realize group global business strategy (>€1 bil. revenue, global environment), leading 5 regional teams and 3 global category managers. - Led Nuplex’s procurement stream during pre-merger and first phase of integration with Allnex.
