Responsible for the platforms SAP and Lotus Notes in North America. Implemented outsourcing model for SAP and Lotus in North America, rolled out SOX-compliant SAP authorizations, consolidated Lotus Notes applications.

Responsible for the global outsourcing of SAP operations and support. Defined and implemented outsourcing processes and KPIs, implemented the SAP customer competence center (CCC).

Coordinated all IT activities, IT key account management. IT projects, including: Project leader for multinational data warehousing project for manufacturing KPIs; simultaneous implementation in Europe, Asia, U.S.A.
