Project managed and organised a high-level roundtable related to urban-rural food system linkages for the EAT Stockholm Food Forum. Worked on the EAT-C40 Food systems Network. Developed EAT policy related materials and content development for new projects. Prepared background papers for meetings with potential new partners.

Analysed group transcripts from nine European countries in English, French and German, in order to ascertain attitudes towards Intellectual Property and its protection/infringement.

As part of the Directorate General for Development Cooperation, worked on European Union and United Nations relations, with a special focus on Rio+20 preparations. Created documents used for negotiation purposes in the run up to the Conference. Participated in meetings of the Council of the European Union’s Environment Committee and subsequently drafted minutes.

Contributed to the production of the Annual Report by proofreading the 150- page document. Conducted research and prepared briefing papers on the Council’s relations with non-member states.

Covered topics of the United Nations Security Council. Attended meetings and wrote reports comprising Council dynamics and the nature of discussions by interviewing delegates after meetings.

The Political Economy of Global Health; Thesis focused on dams in Myanmar and their potential for perpetuating conflict, specifically looking at the Hat Gyi dam in Karen State and the Salween River. Fieldwork research was conducted in Myanmar, as well as Thailand from November-December 2014.
