Providing family therapy to families who are currently in contact with other professional institutions (schools, child protection services, centers for children with behaviroal problems, etc.) Facilitating negotiations in complicated, multi-actor, multi-problematic situations.

The work consists mostly of mediating between the needs of pupils, teachers, parents and other participating parties. We often seek for common grounds and solutions alternative to repressive policies. Apart, I work with basic diagnostic tools, looking at educational needs of students and also mapping the climate of the relationships both at school and classroom level. A big part of my work consists also of group work, play therapy and expressive therapies in group setting.

Coordination of a European Union development project in a local NGO in Brno. The aim of the project was to develop and design the activities which would lead to the implementation of inclusive education principles into schooling curricula. As lecturer, in the same project, working with various different age and schooling groups, with the aim to increase inclusiveness and to enhance intercultural dialogue.
