As part of my role, I am accountable for expanding the sales network in the Campania region for Multicedi's brands (Decò, Dodecà, Sebón). My key responsibilities include establishing a strong presence in the region by acquiring information on the availability of commercial properties and areas for sale or lease. Additionally, I conduct Geomarketing and competitor analysis to understand the territory and the market, enabling me to make informed strategic decisions.

Sourcing off and on-market retail deals and negotiations of lease agreements for new locations following corporate principles, developing and maintaining good contacts with brokers, developers, asset managers, leasing managers and landlords furthermore prepare and delivery of presentation materials about the opportunities.

Identified new property investment opportunities through examination of municipal planning and zoning procedures, liaised with key advisors, developers and landlords for the expansion of owned stores, preparation of presentation materials, conducted contract negotiations, managed the relationship with public authorities and conducted the financial analysis.

I managed and negotiated real estate transaction agreements and leases, developed property valuations through market comparison approach and created real estate business plans, market analysis, marketing materials, business presentations and reports.

Consulting for the sale, purchase and rent of a mixed-use property (residential, offices and retail), analysed the profitability of the investment, liaised with investors and maintained the relationship and conducted market research.
