In this position I was responsible for facilitating Service Automation sales across EMEA. This required involvement in strategic accounts, including business case development, process audits and return on investment estimation, as well as technical work such as leading proof of concept or proof of value activities and presenting business solutions integrating multiple products.
After the acquisition of BladeLogic by BMC, I became the senior consultant in Italy for Service Automation. In this role I dealt with technical qualification and support of sales operations in Italy, and also assisted with strategic Service Automation opportunities outside Italy, notably in Germany and Spain. Principal products: BMC BladeLogic, BMC Atrium Orchestrator / Run Book Automation (formerly RealOps), BMC Configuration Automation for Networks (Emprisa).
