Körber Digital is leading the digital efforts of the international technology company Körber. At Körber Digital we focus on building stand-alone ventures that bring AI driven manufacturing efficiency to the world. In my role I'm responsible for the Venture Building department that consists of the Product Management, Strategic Design and Venture Architecture teams. We are responsible for ideation to venture spin-out. Next to that I'm responsible for finance, procurement and legal at Körber Digital.

Körber Digital is a new Business Area established in 2017 as the driver of the Group’s digital transformation. The Business Area is a nucleus for digital advancement, digital innovation and new digital business models and as such a trusted unit for all topics around the Group’s digitization.

• Identifying and investigating external growth opportunities for the expansion and diversification of the business areas • Responsible for structuring and managing international M&A projects and leading interfunctional teams for a series of transactions with volumes up to high double-digit EUR millions enterprise value • Conceptualization of Venture Capital activities, deal sourcing, execution and build-up of network • Development and evaluation of business plans, financial modelling and valuation

Equity research analyst (Associate) focusing on small and medium-sized listed companies (SDAX & MDAX) from the Capital Goods, Industrial Engineering and Automotive Suppliers sectors. • Financial Analysis and Valuation (DCF, CFRoEV, Market Multiples) • Providing Buy/Hold/Sell recommendations to global institutional investors • Supporting ECM in the context of accompanying and executing an initial public offering and multiple capital increases • Providing support to M&A division
