Directed and managed all P&L and executive responsibilities for a multi-million dollar commercial signage company with manufacturing, installation and service in 4 state markets for a local venture capital company. I no longer work for them in a full time capacity, but they have retained my services on a contract bases for consulting and also in a sales consultant role. .

Managed $14 million division of $70 million annual sign company. Managed 9 Project Managers and 7 Sales Consultants. Successfully restructured operational branch from a full manufacturing plant to a project management and sales facility for the Atlanta division of the third largest sign company in North America.

Strategized with staff, and City Council to create and oversee the implementation of the City of Wayne’s $18.9 million annual budget.

Coordinated service and install routes for 9 crews. Managed over 270 accounts icluding Radio Shack, Home Depot, McDonalds and Exxon Mobil.
