Dr Yaya Moussa

Dr Yaya Moussa is a seasoned finance specialist, entrepreneur, and philanthrophist, with decades of experience in Europe, North America and sub-Saharan Africa. Dr Moussa spent the majority of his career in the finance sector, covering roles at IBCA, Caisse des Depôts et Consignations, and at the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund. Yaya Moussa left his role as resident representative for the IMF in Congo when his non renewable fixed term limit came to an end. Dr Moussa’s recent business ventures have been dedicated to giving Africa a voice on the global scene, which brought him to found Africa Prime, a high-quality streaming video on demand service dedicated to celebrating Africa’s talent, creativity and achievements. Through the philanthropic arm of Africa Prime, the Africa Prime Initiative, Yaya Moussa is supporting emerging African artists, giving them the chance to showcase their work and ensuring African cultures are represented in an authentic way.
