Responsible for planning the supply of perfume and cosmetic products with supplier taking into account SC KPIs, Management of supplier relationships Continuously monitor stock situation for the category in the main warehouse Deliver Stock and Availability target for the category Prepare short and long term forecast taking into account business drivers

Support the preparation of the monthly demand forecast, in co-operation with sales, marketing and financial planning Continuously monitor inventory development to achieve target levels Keep contact with suppliers; track delivery dates and Co-ordinate with the warehouse, manufacturing and logistics operations Provide continuous analysis and reporting, including information on; Backorders, Service levels, Inventory Value, Coverage levels

Keep contact between Manufacturing and Development in terms of design related problems and innovation possibilities Manage new product implementation in cross functional teamwork with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Mfg Engineers and Failure Analysts Engineering support of assembly process issues such as tooling, process parameters, process descriptions, Engineering change implementations, area setup, authoring relevant Process Changes and system support

Responsible for coordinating the information flow among manufacturing, warehouses and customers' contacts Coordinate multiple tasks among departments Plan and release orders to manufacturing Continuously monitor the supply situation vs open customer orders and provide early warning towards relevant parties
