I worked on the development of a Multi-Organ-Chip/Human-on-a-Chip platform technology for culture analysis of drug candidates. I analysed different protocols to optimize and establish a protocol for iPSC-derived Endothelial cells, using for the Multi-Organ-Chip-Endothelialisation and as part of a Blood-Brain-Barrier model. Therefor i used different assays and methodes to characterize these cells and for cooperation projects as well.

Master Thesis in the department of research and development of the co.don AG

Several papers were published in this time, which showed different resultes about the immunocompetence of autologues iPSC derived cells in murine in vivo models . In my project I used different autologues and allogen human in vitro co-cultivating assays by using iPSCs / iPSC-derived cells and PBMCs to analyse possible imune reactions.
