Controlling the quality of manufactured products and its performance during the different stages of the process until delivery to the customer. applying the Lean and Six Sigma tools with statistical analysis through Minitab software to improve the quality and productivity performances.

Implementing the first solar panels large-scale production line in Brazil, being trained in Malaysia and China. Developing all documentation related to product and process quality, for instance FMEA, Control Plan, laboratory test procedures, operational instructions and monitoring the quality performance during the project phases. Acting in supplier quality management with development of analysis and actions to solve problems related to material, as well as controls of inventory and scrap levels.

Supporting project management of new products introduction and optimization of existing projects. Implementing an automotive door hinge project, following the simulation tests performed at the company’s headquarters in Germany and Czech Republic during two months for qualification of the product. Performing kinematics studies, technical analysis, 2D drawings and 3D models using CATIA V5.

Negotiating with local and international suppliers, in order to get quotations and issuing purchase orders. Furthermore, controlling supplier’s documentation, for instance PPAPs, certificates and contracts of supply and leasing. Participating in the development of automotive handbrakes, door hinges and door checks projects, following the processes of purchasing direct and indirect materials.

Acting in the analysis and disposal of products that didn’t match the quality standards, in order to reduce costs on manufactured goods. Performing analysis in products, using measuring instruments and reading of technical drawings. Supporting equipment calibrations and incoming materials inspection.
